CERGI is a joint-stock company under Togolese law created in 2015 in Lomé to structure the activities of CERGI Banking Services SA, established in Abidjan since 1991.
CERGI delivers comprehensive, best-fit software solutions for the evolving African banking and financial sector.
A leader in automated banking compliance management in the WAEMU zone, CERGI provides regulated institutions with broad functional coverage for regulatory reporting, as required by Monetary and Supervisory Authorities.
CERGI is headquartered in Togo with an office in Côte d'Ivoire.

Governance

CERGI has built over thirty years of experience with 100% African teams of seasoned engineers, supported by experts in banking and finance.
The Board of Directors has seven members and is chaired by Yao Dodzi DOGBO, Chief Executive Officer. He is supported by a Deputy CEO and Central Directors to execute the company’s strategic direction.
